Your room is approximately 16 sqm and is rented unfurnished. It faces east, offering a lovely view of the forest and plenty of sunlight in the morning!
While we don't have a living room, our spacious kitchen with a dining table and sofa is where everyone gathers. The bathroom is also quite large, and we have the added convenience of a washing machine.

We're currently seeking a new member for our 4-person flat share.
Currently, all of us are students (and you should be too): Anish (Sustainable chemistry), Annika (psychology), and Viki (environmental science). We're all quite active, balancing our studies and work commitments with leisure activities. Each of us has our own circle of friends, who are always welcome in the apartment. While we don't host big parties, there's always room for a relaxed evening with friends. We have a cleaning schedule that rotates weekly, and we'd like to maintain that standard. It would be great if you're a tidy person and share our interest in keeping the apartment clean.

Wir suchen derzeit ein neues Mitglied für unsere 4er-WG.
Derzeit sind wir alle Studenten (und du solltest es auch sein): Anish (Sustainable chemistry ), Annika (Psychologie) und Viki (Umweltwissenschaften). Wir sind alle ziemlich aktiv und balancieren unsere Studien- und Arbeitsverpflichtungen mit Freizeitaktivitäten aus. Jeder von uns hat seinen eigenen Freundeskreis, der in der Wohnung immer willkommen ist. Wir veranstalten keine großen Partys, aber es gibt immer Platz für einen entspannten Abend mit Freunden. Wir haben einen wöchentlich rotierenden Reinigungsplan und möchten diesen Standard beibehalten. Es wäre großartig, wenn du ordentlich bist und unser Interesse teilst, die Wohnung sauber zu halten.
