Looking for a furnished room of 10 square meters for not more than €300 a month <3

Hi! I'm Dina (20 years old), my homecountry is Russia and I'm looking for a room now!

I've been admitted to study "Global Environmental and Sustainability Studies" at Leuphana University, before I've been living and studying in Moscow for 2 years. Our educational system is slightly different, so I was studying these two years in the linguistic university, learning Spanish. Absolutely love that language, as much as latinamerican culture. Also fond of learning new languages (btw, german is new for me, I'm learning it from scratch 0_o)!

What I like to do the most is talking, I love discussing politics, ecology, art, literature, music, sport and memes hahah. Moreover, I enjoy jogging in the park in the morning (aahh, love that morning feeling of calmness and silence), listening to the classical music (I'd finished music school some years ago, so it's a part of my life; anyways, I also listen to rock, pop, funk and indie music), walking in the forest, going to the orchestra concerts, reading and especially watching films and series. It would be awesome if my neighbours could join me to watch a film or to walk in the park!

As for my habits, I don't smoke and don't drink too much (on the occasion I could have a few drinks ;)), generally I'm quite tidy and not noisy. I'm used to going to sleep at 10 pm and getting up at 6 am (to go jogging first, surely). Of course, if others sleep at that time, I'll be quiet.

I'm seeking for a furnished room (with a bed, a dresser, a wardrobe/clothes rack, shelves), preferably that I could use a washing machine, a stove, a microwave and an electrical kettle. Also a good wi-fi connection is of great importance to me.
