Das Zimmer hat 17qm und die Tür zum Balkon. Es hat viele Fenster und geht zur Südseite, deshalb ist es immer schön hell. Du guckst direkt ins Grüne, weil viele Bäume rund um das Haus stehen und es ist nachts so ruhig, dass man mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann und nur Vögel hört. 🌳 Die Möbel würden dort bleiben, ich räume aber alles weitestgehend leer.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt gegenüber vom Campus, du bist also superschnell bei der Uni. Penny ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, Edeka ca 10 Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle ist in 2 Minuten zu erreichen, Parkplätze gibt es auch.
Wir sind eine 3er WG, Male und ich gehen aber beide ins Ausland. Es wird also ein weitetes Zimmer frei, hier wird Garance aus Frankreich einziehen. Enya bleibt in der WG - sie ist 22 Jahre alt, studiert Kuwi und liebt es zu lesen. Außerdem leitet sie eine Uni-Initiative für Internationals und ist sehr kreativ.
Wir suchen eine Person, die NUR im September zur Untermiete wohnen möchte.
