Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist möbliert, hell und sehr geräumig. Es ist Richtung Westen ausgerichtet, sodass du nachmittags vom Bett aus die Sonne genießen kannst :-) Unsere 2-er WG liegt Hochpaterre und hat einen Balkon, auf dem wir ein paar Kräuter angepflanzt haben. Die Wohnung wurde erst vor einiger Zeit renoviert, hat daher ein neues Bad, neue Fenster und ist insgesamt sehr hell und modern.
Die Lage ist perfekt für jeden Studierenden, besonders, wenn du gerade neu nach Lüneburg ziehst. Die Uni ist eine Straße weiter, die Busstation direkt vor der Tür und es gibt gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich der Wald, die Ilmenau und der schöne Kurpark (mit dem Fahrrad 5 Min) und du kannst morgens die Vögel zwitschern hören. In die Altsadt und zum Bahnhof brauchst du nur 10min mit dem Fahrrad.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Patrizia und ich studieren beide im Master an der Leuphana. Da ich jetzt im 5. Semester ins Ausland gehe, biete ich mein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an, jedoch nur bis 15. November. Falls du aber erstmal in Lüneburg ankommen und das Leben direkt am Campus austesten willst, ist das vielleicht eine gute Möglichkeit :-) Die Kosten für das Zimmer belaufen sich auf 348 Euro (inkl. Internet und Nebenkosten).

Your future room is furnished, bright and very spacious. It is facing west so that you can enjoy the sun from your bed in the afternoon :-) Our 2-person shared flat is located on the mezzanine floor and has a balcony on which we have planted some herbs. The apartment was renovated recently, so it has a new bathroom, new windows and is very bright and modern.
The location is perfect for every student, especially if you are just moving to Lüneburg. The university is one street away, the bus station is right in front of the door and there are supermarkets close by. Nearby are the forest, the Ilmenau river and the beautiful Kurpark (5 minutes by bike) and you can hear the birds chirping in the morning. The old town and the train station are only 10 minutes away by bike.
My roommate Patrizia and I are both studying for a master's degree at Leuphana. Since I am now going abroad in the 5th semester, I offer my room for an interim rent, but only until 15 November. But if you arrive in Lüneburg first and want to try out life directly on campus, this might be a good possibility :-) The costs for the room amount to 348 Euro (incl. internet and additional costs).
