EN: Colmar-Berg is a central starting point for north and south due to the direct access to the A7. 20 min to Luxemburg city by car, 5 min to Ettelbruck, 10 min to Diekirch. There is a train station in Colmar-Berg with direct connections to Luxembourg City and Ettelbruck ( connections to Lux. city every 30 min.)
A large swimming pool and the beautiful park are within walking distance. The house is located up the hill, just next to the forest. From the balcony you have a picturesque view of the grand ducal castle.

DE: Colmar-Berg ist durch die direkte Anbindung an die Autobahn A7 ein zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Norden und Süden. 20 Minuten nach Luxemburg Stadt, 5 Minuten nach Ettelbruck, 10 Minuten nach Diekirch. In Colmar-Berg gibt es einen Bahnhof mit direkter Anbindung nach Luxemburg Stadt und Ettelbruck (Verbindungen alle 30 min).
Die Lage des Hauses ist oben im Hügel, gleich am Wald. Vom Balkon hat man eine pittoreske Aussicht auf das grossherzogliche Schloss. Ein grosses Schwimmbad und der schöne Park sind fussläufig erreichbar.

FR: Colmar-Berg est un point de départ central pour le nord et le sud grâce à son accès direct à l`autoroute A7. 20 minutes de Luxembourg-ville, 5 minutes d'Ettelbruck, 10 minutes de Diekirch en voiture. Il y a une gare à Colmar-Berg avec une liaison directe vers Luxembourg-Ville et Ettelbruck ( liaison train toutes les 30 minutes vers Luxembourg ville).
La maison est située en haut de la colline, juste à côté de la forêt. Depuis le balcon, on a une vue pittoresque sur le château grand-ducal. Une grande piscine et un beau parc sont accessibles à pied.

We are both open and interested people with a lot of WG experience. We travel a lot, but in the evenings we meet in the kitchen or on the balcony. The house is very large and spacious, so it is easy to get out of the way or find a quiet place for the three of us alone.

For us it is important to find a friendly and open person as a roommate. Humor and good mood are always a plus. We ourselves moved into the house only 3 months ago.

Wir sind beide offene und interessierte Menschen mit viel WG-Erfahrung. Wir sind viel unterwegs, aber abends trifft man sich in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon. Das Haus ist sehr gross und geräumig, man kommt sich also auch zu dritt sehr gut aus dem Weg oder findet ein ruhiges Plätzchen für sich allein.

Für uns ist es wichtig einen freundlichen und offenen Menschen als Mitbewohner zu finden. Humor und gute Laune sind immer ein Pluspunkt. Wir sind selber erst vor 3 Monaten im Haus eingezogen.

Nous sommes toutes les deux des personnes ouvertes et intéressées, avec beaucoup d'expérience en colocation. Nous sommes souvent en déplacement, mais le soir, nous nous retrouvons dans la cuisine ou sur le balcon. La maison est très grande et spacieuse, on peut donc très bien s'éviter à trois ou trouver un petit coin tranquille pour soi.

Pour nous, il est important de trouver une personne sympathique et ouverte comme colocataire. L'humour et la bonne humeur sont toujours un plus. Nous avons nous-mêmes emménagé dans la maison il y a seulement trois mois.
