Jedes Zimmer hat eine Klimaanlage, die Wohnung hat eine relativ kleine Lounge und eine große Küche, mit einem wunderbaren Balkon. Das eigene Schlafzimmer hat Parkettboden und einen großen flauschigen Teppich. Das Fester ist mit elektrischer Jalousette verrichtet. Sonst verfügt der Bewohner auch ein zentral besteuerter Lichtsystem im Zimmer.
Ein großer TV und Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch ist ebenso da, die Tücher in alle Größe sind auch vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an einer Nebenstraße, aber mit dem Bus bis zu 8 Minuten an Hauptbahnhof Luxemburg, und mit einem Fahrrad noch schneller. Fußläufig kann man zur Catus Supermarket und die Stadtpark im Tal, auch Spielplatz und grüner Fläche für Spaziergang. Also auch sehr gut geeignet für Sportler.
Jede Woche kommt eine Putzfrau um gemeinsamer Raum zu reinigen. Es gibt in der WG eine Mitbewohnerin, die aus Luxemburg kommt, kann ja auf drei Sprachen nahlos wechseln, sonst arbeitet sie als Beamte. Es gibt noch ein Zimmer für Bürofläche. Die wird nur an Werktagen besitzt. Das Büro hat aber eine getrennte Toilette zu benutzen. Sie besucht die Küche nur um eine Kaffe abzuholen.
Nicht wie in viele Mietobjekt in Luxemburg, ich verlange keine Agent-Gebühr, weil ich die Wohnung nur für befristete Länge untermieten. Weil meine jetzige Arbeitsvertrag dauert bis 01.04.2022. von daher, stelle ich die bis dahin zur Verfügung, danach kann es je nachdem verlängert werden.
