The flat has 78m2 and consists of three rooms, of one kitchen and of one bathroom. One of the rooms is used as shared living room, and yours is about 14m2. There is space in the basement for laundry and storage. Nice to haves: access to garden, garage only for bikes, old building from 1929 with high ceiling.
Who you would live with: I am 28 years old, vegan, open-minded and into sustainable living. Therefore, I love bikes and trains, and I am also involved in several initiatives for change. I would be happy to share the vegetable basket from TERRA and some meals with you. I work as software developer, and I speak Luxembourgish, German, English and French.
The rent is 888€ per month (water, electricity, heating and Internet included) plus 144€ for insurance per year (personal liability insurance included).
