In total 5 people age 25 to 29 are living in the house (2 male, 3 female). The rent is 625€ all charges included (also wifi and weekly cleaning of the common spaces in the house). The deposit is 1000€.
The room is located on the 2nd floor with its own balcony to the street. It is about 20m2 big and because of the large window and balcony door very bright. You will share a bathroom on the same floor with 2 other flat mates. The furniture in the room can be taken for 500€. The other 2 are living right above you on the 3rd floor with an additional bathroom. On the 3rd floor is also a guest room and can be used in coordination with the others to host visitors.
On the 1st floor is a well-equipped kitchen, a large living room with two balconies, an area to store food, as well as another toilet. On the ground floor is a garage, a laundry room, and a storage room. Behind the house is a beautiful garden that allows for barbecues or just chilled get-togethers with friends. There are also 2 parking spots on the front yard and lost of options on the street.
The house is located in Merl in close proximity to many bus stops and a large Cactus supermarket.
Life in the house is pretty chilled. Everyone is working, so especially during the week things are a bit calmer. Yet, there is always somebody up to watch a movie together or share some food. At the weekend we regularly have drinks.
Whom we are looking for: you should be a guy, around 24-30 years old and planning to stay for at least a year. You should be respectful, communicative and interested in living together. Also, no kids or pets please :P As the vibe in the house has been very nice so far, we are looking for someone who will carry the spirit too.
