In this beautiful, newly renovated house, a room on the first floor will be for sublet from 01.08.2023 until 31.01.2024!
The room is 16 square meters and has its own sink.
We live here with 9 girls (Dutch, German and Italian) in total and we share 2 showers, 2 toilets and a big kitchen with two combi-ovens and cooking plates. We also have a common living/dining room where we like to eat together. We also have a large bike shed/garage with a washing machine. Moreover, you have the opportunity to park your car in front of the house.

in diesem renovierten Haus bieten wir vom 01.08.-31.01.24 ein Zimmer zur Untermiete an. Das Zimmer ist 16 Quadratmeter groß und hat ein eigenes Waschbecken.
Wir leben mit insgesamt 9 Mädchen und teilen uns 2 Duschen und 2 Toiletten. Außerdem haben wir eine große Küche mit 2 Öfen und 2 Kochplatten. Wir haben außerdem ein Wohnzimmer. Darüber hinaus gibt es die Möglichkeit in der Garage das Fahrrad trocken und sicher abzustellen. Draußen kann man außerdem auf der Auffahrt ein Auto sicher abstellen.
The house is 5 minute walk or max 3 minutes bike ride away from FHML/FPN and 15 minutes bike ride away from SBE. There is also a small shopping center and two supermarkets nearby. The Central station is about 10 minutes by bike and the Randwyck station is 5-minute walking. UM Sports can be reached within 5 minutes by bike. The city is 10-15 minutes by bike. There are also 2 different bus stops pretty much in front of the door.

Das Haus ist ein 5 Minuten Spaziergang von den Fakultäten FHML/FPN entfernt. Die Fakultät SBE ist 15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt. Außerdem gibt es in der Nähe ein kleines Shoppingcenter sowie 2 Supermärkte. Der Hauptbahnhof ist 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, allerdings kann man die Station "Randwyck" innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Das Uni Fitnessstudio UM Sports ist innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen und in der Stadt ist man innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Es gibt außerdem 2 Bushaltestellen direkt vor der Tür.
Due to the fact that I will be on exchange and come back in February, I will leave some of my furniture here so I am looking for a person who likes to live in the room and takes good care of everything.
