Zimmer in einem Studentenhaus in Lanaken zur Untermiete verfügbar. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Stuhl und Spiegel). Außerdem hat das Zimmer ein eigenes Waschbecken. Das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Studentenhauses. Die Dusche, Toilette und Küchen werden mit vier anderen Studenten geteilt. Alle gemeinschaftlichen Räume werden wöchentlich von der Vermieterin geputzt. Das Zimmer ist renoviert und dementsprechend in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ein Fahrradkeller mit Waschmaschine, Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus und ein Garten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Monatsmiete liegt bei 350€ inklusive aller Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung, W-Lan).

The room is located on the first floor of a student house. The shower, toilet and kitchens are shared with four other students. All common rooms are cleaned weekly by the landlady. The room is renovated and therefore in a very good condition. A bicycle cellar with washing machine, parking in front of the house and a garden are also available. The monthly rent is 350€ including all utilities (electricity, water, heating, wifi).

Lage
Das Studentenhaus befindet sich in Lanaken, an der Grenze zu Maastricht. Mit dem Fahrrad ist das Zentrum vonMaastricht sowie die Inner City Faculties (SBE, FASoS etc.) und die ICL ca. 15 min entfernt. Zu Fuß, ist eine Bushaltestelle 2 min und ein Spar 8 min entfernt. Jumbo, Action etc. sind unter 10 min mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar.

WG-Leben
Die Atmosphäre im Studentenhaus ist sehr entspannt. Alle sind freundlich und in der Küche kommt es öfter zu netten Gesprächen mit den anderen Studenten. Es wird sehr rücksichtslos miteinander umgegangen, es ist z.B nicht laut oder dreckig.

The atmosphere in the student house is very relaxed. Everyone is friendly and in the kitchen there are often nice conversations with the other students. People are very thoughtful with each other, for example, it is not noisy or dirty.

Sonstiges
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 01.05.2023 zur Untermiete übernommen werden. Der Vertrag endet automatisch am 31.07.2023, kann aber auch verlängert werden.
