Die Wohnung hat zwei Schlaafzimmer, ein grpßes Wohn und Esszimmer und eine Hochebene. Zusätzlich gibt es getrenntes Bad und Toilette. Im Hof des Ahuses gibt es einen guten Platz, um Fahrräder sicher abzustellen. Zuätzlich gehört zu der Wohnung ein externes Abstellabteil.
Ich habe leider keine genauen Zahlen, was die m2 angeht, wesewgen die Zahlen geschätzt sind.

The flat has two bedrooms, a large living and dining room and a mezzanine. In addition, there is a separate bathroom and toilet. In the courtyard of the house, there is a good place to safely store bicycles. In addition, there is an external storage compartment.

Die Wohnung liegt in Wyck bei der Sint-Martinuskerk Kirche. Also recht zentral, zu Fuß brauch man so 15-20 Minuten zur SBE oder ICL und etwas über 10 Minuten mit dem Rad. Es gibt diverse Läden in fußläufiger Nähe, und der Bahnhof ist auch nicht weit.
The flat is located in Wyck near the Sint-Martinuskerk church. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the SBE or ICL and just over 10 minutes by bike. There are various shops within walking distance, and the train station is not far away either.
Mein jetziger Mitbewohner und ich unternehmen gerne Dinge zusammen und gucken regelmäßig Serien zusammen zum Essen. Das gelegentliche Bier in einer Bar oder ein Brettspielabend sind auch dabei. Generell versuchen wir regelmäßig was zusammen zu unternehmen und trotzdem einander genug Freiraum und Rückzug zu geben.
Noch ein paar Worte zu mir:
Ich bin Tobi 23 und studiere gerade im vierten Semester Business Engineering. In meiner Freizeit mache ich gerne Sport, treffe mich mit Freunden und spiele gerne DnD.
Wenn ich nun dein Intresse geweckt habe, scheib mir einfach eine Nachricht, und wir können eienBesichtigung (auch per Zoom) ausmachen.
My current flatmate and I like to do things together and regularly watch series together for dinner. The occasional beer in a bar or a board game evening are also part of it. In general, we try to do things together regularly and still give each other enough space and retreat.

Es gibt ein paar gegenstände, die mit dem vorherigen Mitbewohner angeschafft wurde, da würden wir dann bei Gelegenheit eine Faire Ablöse ausmachen.
Laut KPN soll mittelfristig Glasfaser Internet bei uns verfügbar sein, bisher ist das aber leider noch nicht der Fall.
There are a few items that were purchased with the previous flatmate, so we would make a fair deal regarding these items in due time.
According to KPN, fibre optic internet should be available in the medium term, but unfortunately, this is not yet the case.
