In unserer 4er WG ist ab sofort ein Zimmer frei! Das Zimmer ist als Zwischenmiete bis voraussichtlich 30. September 2024 verfügbar. Es kann sein, dass wir es verlängern können.
Das Zimmer ist hell, bietet genug Platz und ist möbliert: Schrank, Kommode, Bett, Stuhl und Schreibtisch findest du in Deinem neuen Zimmer. Die WG teilt sich die Küche, wo du alles findest, was du zum Kochen und Backen brauchst, im Kühlschrank und Küchenschränken ist auch für Deine Sachen genug Platz.

The fourth room in our shared flat is looking forward to a new nice person - it is already free and ready for you to move in!
The room is available as an interim rental until 30 September 2024. We may be able to extend it.
The room is very nice, bright, offers enough space and is furnished: you will find a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed, chair and desk in your new room. The people share the kitchen, where you will find everything you need for cooking and baking, and there is also enough space for your things in the fridge and kitchen cupboards.
Die Wohnung ist mitten im wunderschönen Buckau, einem Viertel im Wandel. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind wortwörtlich um die Ecke, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist direkt vor Deiner Haustür. In der Laufnähe sind nette Bars, Späti - und vor allem die Elbe.

The flat is in the middle of the beautiful Buckau, a neighbourhood in transition. The shopping facilities are literally around the corner and the tram stop is right on your doorstep. Within walking distance are nice bars, pubs - and above all the Elbe.
Die WG besteht aus 3 internationalen Freiwilligen, Cemre aus der Türkei, Sergio aus Spanien und Andrea aus Tschechien. Die drei absolvieren einen einjährigen Freiwilligendienst in Magdeburg. Da es sich um eine internationale WG handelt, ist es uns wichtig, dass du Offenheit mitbringst und andere Kulturen mit Respekt behandelst. Die Freiwilligen sprechen alle English und zum Teil auch Deutsch.

The flat share consists of 3 international volunteers, Cemre from Turkey, Sergio from Spain and Andrea from the Czech Republic. The three of them are completing a one-year voluntary service in Magdeburg. As this is an international shared flat, it is important to us that you are open-minded and treat other cultures with respect. All three speak English and some also speak German.
Wlan und Rundfunk sind bereits in der Miete eingerechnet. Da es eine Zwischenmiete im Sommer ist, können wir auch unter Umständen über die Miethöhe ins Gespräch kommen.
Ich bin als Projektkoordinatorin für die Vermietung der Freiwilligen-WGs zuständig. Schreibe gerne eine Nachricht, dann können wir einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen und du deine neuen Mitbewohner*innen kennenlernen kannst.
Dein Vermieter: Wir sind die Auslandsgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt e.V., eine Organisation, die sich seit mehr als 30 Jahren für ein weltoffenes Sachsen-Anhalt einsetzt. Wir koordinieren jedes Jahr bis zu 10 europäische Freiwillige, die in unseren Wohnungen leben. Gerade haben wir leider einen Freiwilligen weniger, weswegen wir uns auf Deine Nachricht freuen, damit das schöne Zimmer eine nette Person findet.

Wifi and the mandatory radio and broadcasting fee (Rundfunk) are already included in the rent. As it is an interim rent in the summer, we may also be able to discuss the rent amount.
As project coordinator, I am responsible for renting out the volunteer shared flats. Please send me a message so that we can arrange a viewing and you can get to know your new flatmates.
Your landlord: We are the Auslandsgesellschaft Sachsen-Anhalt e.V., an organization that has been committed to a cosmopolitan Saxony-Anhalt for more than 30 years. Every year, we coordinate up to 10 European volunteers who live in our apartments. Unfortunately, we currently have one volunteer less, which is why we are looking forward to hearing from you so that the beautiful room can find a nice person.
