Die Lage der WG könnte nicht besser sein!! Die Wohnung ist in einem schönen Altbau am Damaschkeplatz, also im tollsten Viertel Magdeburgs: Stadtfeld Ost!
In 10min bist du zu Fuß bei der Arndtstraße, wo unter anderem ein Edeka, eine Bäckerei & ein Späti auf dich warten. Generell findest du in Stadtfeld Ost aber wirklich alles, was dein Herz begehrt - viele süße Cafés, Second Hand Shops, Bars & kulturelle Angeboten.
Auch die Bahnstation ist vor der Tür - damit bist du in ein paar Minütchen im Zentrum und kannst zur Uni & Hochschule sogar durchfahren.
Du sehnst dich nach etwas Grünfläche? Kein Problem, auch der Glacis Park ist direkt vor der Haustür! Wenn du mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs bist, kannst du den Weg durch den Park nehmen & bist in 10min in der Altstadt am Hassel.
Und falls es dich mal raus aus Magdeburg zieht, brauchst du zu Fuß auch nur 7min bis zum Hauptbahnhof, ein Träumchen.

The location couldn't be better! The apartment is in a beautiful old building on Damaschkeplatz, in Magdeburg's best neighborhood: Stadtfeld Ost!
It's a 10-minute walk to Arndtstraße, where you'll find a supermarket, a bakery and a Späti. In general, you'll find everything your heart desires in Stadtfeld Ost - lots of cute cafés, second-hand stores, bars and cultural activities.
The train station is also right outside the door - so you can be in the city center in a few minutes and even travel through to the Hochschule or University.
Longing for some green space? No problem, the Glacis Park is also right on the doorstep! If you're by bike, you can take the path through the park and be in the Hasselbachplatz (Altstadt) in 10 minutes.
And if you want to get out of Magdeburg, it's only a 7-minute walk to the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) - a dream.

Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Zora (22), die gerade ihren Bachelor in Journalismus an der Hochschule macht.
Mit Zora ist dir auf jeden Fall eine sehr lustige und unkomplizierte Mitbewohnerin sicher!
In ihrer Freizeit kocht sie gerne lecker und vegan, probiert sich an neuen Hobbies und ist gerne unterwegs.Wenn du auf der Suche nach cuten, cozy Cafés in magdi bist, bist du bei ihr auf jeden Fall an der richtigen Adresse!
Da wir beide zusammen studieren & bewusst als Freundinnen zusammen gezogen sind, haben wir immer viel gemeinsam in der WG gemacht - von Sonntags-Kater-Brunch und Flohmarktbesuchen über nie endene Kniffelrunden bis zu produktiven Unisessions in der Küche. Wenn sich ein gemeinsames WG Leben für die Zeit ergibt, wäre das voll schön, wenn nicht, ist das aber auch total okay! Bei einem kleinen Tratsch mit Tee oder Bierchen in der Küche ist Zora sicherlich immer dabei & der Rest ergibt sich dann ja meistens ganz automatisch :)

Your new roommate is Zora (21). She is currently doing her Bachelor's degree in journalism at the Hochschule.
Zora is definitely a very fun and uncomplicated flatmate!
In her free time, she likes to cook delicious vegan food, try out new hobbies and enjoys being out and about, so if you're looking for cute, cozy cafés in magdi, Zora got you!
Since we both study together & moved in together as friends, we've always done a lot together in the shared flat - from Sunday hangover brunches and flea market visits to never-ending rounds of games and productive university sessions in the kitchen. It's up to you how your shared flat will be! One thing is certain: Zora is always there for a little chat with tea or beer in the kitchen :)

Da ich nur für drei Monate untervermiete, bleiben meine Möbel soweit alle drin, ich räume dir aber natürlich Platz in den Kommoden & auf dem Schreibtisch frei, sodass du dich wie zuhause fühlen kannst.
Zora wartet derzeit außerdem noch auf Antworten bezüglich ihres Pflichtpraktikums- es kann also sein, dass du einen Teil der Zeit entweder alleine oder mit jemand anderem zusammenwohnst- das ist aber alles noch nicht sicher und du solltest dir diesbezüglich keine Sorgen machen!!

As I am subletting my room for only 3 months, my furniture will stay in, but of course I'll make enough space for you in the dressers and on the desk so that you can feel at home. Also Zora is currently still waiting for an answer for the internship she might do this summer. So there is a chance that you will be some of the time on your own in the flat or living with someone else. Nevertheless- thats not sure so far and you ahouldnt worrie about it!!
