Klasse Wohnung an Uni-Magdeburg(DE-ENG)

Hallo Leute,

Ein tolles möbliertes Raum mit einem warmherzigen Mitbewohner erwartet euch für kurzes Zeitraum

Wohnung ist in Wittenberger Straße lokalisiert.(Kreuz stellt auf der Karte dar, wo ihr seid)An die Uni dauert es zu Fuß nur 10 Minuten.(Wenn Ihr flandiert,nicht rennt :D) NP liegt in der Straße dahinter. In Brotmeisterei Steinecke seid Ihr nur in 3 Minuten,in der ihr ein weißes und warmes Brötchen zum Frühstück besorgt. Wenn Ihr irgendwoanders einkaufen möchtet, stehen Edeka,Penny und andere NP, die bis Mitternacht geöffnet ist, zur Verfügung.

Wollt Ihr euch ein bisschen entspannen, Besichtigt ihr Nordpark in der Nähe(5 Minuten zu Fuß). Besonders friedlich in der Nacht. Geh dort und die Finsternis der Nacht verdreht euch den Kopf.

Die Wohnung bietet auch Verkehrsmittel möglichkeiten. Neben Nordpark und neben der Uni-Bibliothek findet man Tramhaltestelle, wodurch Sie auf Anhieb lebendige Breiter Weg und Hasselbach Platz, sozusagen Altestadt oder die ganze Lünebecker Straße,anders gesagt Neu-Neustadt fahrt. Eure Wohnungsort ist fast in der Mitte.

Ihr verfügt über Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine und Backofen. Weiterhin besitzt ihr Föhn, Bett, Schrank, Stühle und Tisch. Preis ist verhandelbar. Ich schläge etwas fair vor. Das belästigt euch überhaupt nicht. Nicht zuletzt verschenke ich euch etwas besonders.

Euer Mitbewohner heißt Erhan. Er leistet Hilfe wenn man benötigt. Darüber hinaus ist er immer ein lustiger Mann und er weißt,wie man in Leben genießen kann. Er mag gern köstliches Essen zubereiten und auf Wunsch würde er mit euch plaudern. Er kann sowohl English und Deutsch. Kommunikationsproblem kommt nicht infrage.

Hello People,

A great room wit furniture with a friendly roommate awaits you for short term.

Apartment locatedin Wittenberger Street. Its literally close to Uni-magdeburg.(Cross shows on map where you are right now) You can go to your class just in 10 on foot.(It takes only 10 min. even if you stroll around) NP market is only 5 minutes. Its on another street(Rögätzer)in which you can shop. There is also Steinecke Baker. You can go there in 3 minutes in the morning and get a soft and warm bread for breakfast. If you get bored,you can Go Edeka or NP-24, where you can buy until midnight.

If you want chill out, there is Nordpark. You can take a trip there. It is especially peaceful and relaxing in the evenings and nights. Go there and lose yourself in the darkness.

Location provides transport opportunities. You can use Tramstations near Nordpark and uni-library to go to crowded Breiter-Weg or vivid Hasselbach Platz(Altestadt). Besides you get the chance to visit Lünebecker Street(Neu-Neustadt) right away. Your living place is almost in centrum.

Washing maschine, dishwasher, oven are at your disposal. You hold hairdryer, bed, armoire,chairs and table. I would like to discuss price of furniture. Don't worry. Price won't bother you at all. If interessed, you can have some of stuffs for free. Last but not least, I will give a special prize :D.

Your roommate is Erhan. A hardliner extrovert. Ready to help everytime. Funny and knows how to enjoy the life. He would like to prepare delicious foods. He speaks,gossips und chit chats whenever you want. He is able to speak in German and in English. You aren't going to get bored and you won't experience communication issues.
