Super schönes und helles Zimmer mit Balkon. Fenster und Balkon sind zum Innenhof, weshalb es sehr ruhig ist.
Alle Dinge auf den Fotos bleiben drinnen - du brauchst dich also für die 2Wochen um keine Möbel kümmern.
Die Miete ist für die 2 Wochen festgelegt. Wir können aber auch etwas für zB 1 oder 2 Wochen vereinbaren.
Ich bin 2 Wochen bei mir in der Heimat, weshalb ich das Zimmer gerne untervermieten möchte.
In der WG ist alles was man braucht: Badewanne und Dusche, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, etc.
Perfekte Lage genau neben der Römer Passage - alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der Straße.
Wir pflegen ein schönes und respektvolles Miteinander und verstehen uns super gut. Judith, Iyad und Felix sind super lieb und studieren noch. Sie sind grundsätzlich für alles zu haben, manchmal aber auch busy aufgrund der Uni.
