ich fahre für 2 Monate weg und suche eine Person zur Zwischenmiete.
Das Zimmer ist zwar recht klein aber Teil eines großen Hauses. Das Zimmer ist auf der Gartenseite also kannst du quasi aus dem Fenster in den Garten klettern. Wir haben drei Stockwerke, zwei Bäder, einem begehbarem Kleiderschrank, ein riesen Wohnzimmer und einen wunderbar wilden Garten.
Außerdem haben wir zwei Katzen.
Wir sind in Bretzenheim also ein etwas außerhalb aber mit der Tram ist eh alles in 15min erreicht. Die Haltestelle ist 3min entfernt und dort sind auch gleich mehrere Einkaufsläden. Ich kann dir auch mein Fahrrad zur Verfügung stellen.
Die Mitbewohnies sind in den Bereichen der sozialen Arbeit, physik, biochemie, jura und Soziologie tätig. Die Wg ist voll lieb, es wird viel gelacht, geschnackt oder Sport gemacht. Von Klettern über Poledance und Boxen ist alles dabei.
Es wird generell vegan/vegetarisch gekocht.
Mit so vielen ist natürlich immer viel los aber wenn es mal zu laut ist oder sonst was stört, kann es immer gut angesprochen werden.
Wir haben einen Putzplan und sogar einen begehbaren Putzraum lol
Hier leben Personen aus verschiedenen Ländern daher sprechen wir meistens auf englisch.
Gib gerne Bescheid, wenn es dich anspricht. Ich zahle gerade 370€ Miete aber wenn dir das zu viel ist können wir darüber reden. Schreibe bitte einen Text über dich, damit wir ein Gefühl dafür bekommen, wie das WG Leben mit dir aussehen kann. (interessen, bedürfnisse, erfahrungen etc.)

Hey,
I´ll be travelling for 2 months and am looking for someone to live in my room.
The room is quite small but part of a huge house with 3 floors, 2 bathrooms, a walk-in closet, a big living room and a wild garden with 2 sweet cats.
We live in Bretzenheim, which is a little further from the city center but with the tram everything is accessible in 15min anyways. The train station is 3min away and there´re multiple supermarkets. You can use my bike if you like (I´m small though).
The Housemates are super sweet. They work and study in the fields of social work, physics, biochemics and law. Common interests are bad jokes, good food and sports. There´s everything from climbing and running to Poledance and Boxing.
Generally people cook vegan/vegetarian.
With so many people there´s always something happening but if it gets too loud or anything is annoying it´s possible to approach people.
We have a cleaning plan and even a walk-in cleaning room lol
We live with multiple people from aborad so generally we speak english here.
