Hallo,
ich (Englisch- und Sportstudent auf Lehramt) suche einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Das Zimmer ist 15qm und nicht möbiliert.
Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet. Eine Spülmaschine ist jedoch leider nicht vorhanden. Im Keller gibt es eine Waschküche mit Waschmachine.
Die Miete beträgt 280 Euro, darin sind alle Nebenkosten inklusive Internet enthalten. Eine Kaution von 400 Euro ist zu hinterlegen. Die Abschlagszahlung von 100€ wäre für die Küche und die Waschmaschine die Erik in der WG lässt.
Hier steht der 1.September als Einzugsdatum, aber ein paar Tage früher würden auch schon gehen...
Wenn Du Interesse hast schreib doch bitte ein paar Sätze über Dich und wir finden bestimmt schnell einen Termin zur Besichtigung.

Die Wohnung liegt 3 Gehminuten entfernt von der Bushaltestelle Essenheimer Straße in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Von dort fährt die Linie 6 und 6a alle 10 Minuten zur Uni und Hauptbahnhof.
Ich fahre zur Uni immer mit dem Rad. Sind ca. 12min bis zum Philo, 7min bis zum Sportinstitut.
Aldi, Netto und Nahkauf sind sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Wir kochen sehr sehr regelmässig zusammen und schauen ab und an zusammen Filme. Sonst gehen wir manchmal zusammen joggen oder auf Parties. Ich hoffe das wird auch in Zukunft so bleiben, ist aber natürlich auch von Deinen Interessen abhängig...
