Ich suche einen Nachmieter zum 01.04.19 für mein WG-Zimmer in Bretzenheim. Wir sind eine 3er Mädels- WG und studieren an der JGU. Mein Zimmer gebe ich mit Bett, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch und ein paar Regalen ab. Dafür möchte ich insgesamt 250 Euro.
Die Küche ist nicht die Neuste aber hat alles was man brauch.
Das Bad ist schön groß mit Dusche und Badewanne incl. Stauraum.
Der Balkon ist im Sommer super!
Die Wohnung hat direkt um die Ecke einen Bus-und Straßenbahnanschluss. Zur Uni sind es damit fünf Minuten, zum Hauptbahnhof ca 12 Minuten.
Supermärkte sind einige direkt zu Fuß erreichbar insgesamt ist das Viertel sehr ruhig.
Das WG- Leben ist sehr harmonisch mit den beiden Mädel, Streit gab es nie.
Die sonstigen Kosten mit 50 Euro betrifft internet und Strom monatlich.
