das Zimmer befindet sich im Erdgeschoss und hat 2 Fenster und Parkett als Fußboden. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Die Wohnung ist mit ca. 110 m² insgesamt recht groß. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine ca. 20 m² große Terrasse, die viele Stunden am Tag in der Sonne ist. In der Wohnung gibt es eine mit vielen Küchengeräten (unter anderem auch Spülmaschine) ausgestattete gemeinsame Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschine, eine separate Toilette, ein großes Wohnzimmer und einen Abstellraum.

the room is on the ground floor and has 2 windows and parquet as the floor. The room is unfurnished.
The apartment is quite large with approx. 110 m². There is also an approx. 20 m² terrace that is in the sun for many hours a day. The apartment has a common kitchen equipped with many kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), a bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine, a separate toilet, a large living room and a storage room.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend in Bretzenheim. Die Straßenbahn hält regelmäßig vor der Haustür und braucht bis zum Hauptbahnhof 9 Minuten. Ein Bus nach Wiesbaden hält auch in der Nähe. Die Universität ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Ein kleiner Ortskern bietet einige gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Eine Poststelle sowie eine Bank, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Supermarkt etc. sind gleich um die Ecke.
Parkplätze und Abstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder sind am Haus vorhanden.
The house is situated in a calm quarter in Bretzenheim. The tram stop is right in front of the house and it takes 9 minutes to get to the station. A bus to Wiesbaden also stops nearby. The university can be reached in 5 minutes by bike.
A small town center offers some good shopping opportunities.
A post office as well as a bank, bakery, pharmacy, supermarket etc. are just around the corner.
Parking spaces and storage space for bicycles are available at the house.
Manu arbeitet als Selbstständiger und schreibt an seiner Doktorarbeit in medizinischer Physik. In seiner Freizeit macht er sehr gerne Sport (Fußball, Basketball, Beachvolleyball, Klettern, Bouldern, Fahrrad fahren, Tennis, Tischtennis).
Kari-Ann studiert Molekularbiologie. Sie spielt in ihrer Freizeit gerne Gesellschaftsspiele und Computer.
Wir sind nett, offen und unkompliziert und haben auch gerne Besuch hier, was sich insbesondere wegen des großen Wohnzimmers und der Terrasse anbietet.
Wir freuen uns auf eine/n Mitbewohner/in, die/der aufgeschlossen und unkompliziert ist und Spaß versteht.
Manu works as a freelancer and is writing his doctoral thesis in medical physics. In his free time he enjoys doing sports (soccer, basketball, beach volleyball, climbing, bouldering, cycling, tennis, table tennis).
Kari-Ann is studying molecular biology. She enjoys playing board games and computers in her spare time.
We are nice, open and uncomplicated and also like to have visitors here, which is good particularly because of the large living room and terrace.
We look forward to a roommate who is open-minded, uncomplicated and can take a joke.
