wir drei, ein nettes Pärchen (Franzi, 29, Sozialarbeiterin, Dominik, 33, Doktorand) und unsere kleine Katze Gretchen (6) suchen einen umgänglichen Mitbewohner für unsere gemütliche Wohnung in Mainz-Finten. Wir haben ein ruhiges Zimmer, das wir gerne für einen begrenzten Zeitraum vermieten möchten. Zeitlich ist das Angebot von unserer Seite aus flexibel, wenn ihr also etwas kürzer oder länger bleiben wollt, können wir da sicher auch eine Lösung finden. Das Zimmer ist ab 1.Mai frei.
Die Miete berägt 300€ warm, mit allen Nebenkosten, Telefonflat aufs Festnetz und Internet (WLAN), Waschmaschine, Senseomaschine. Ein Bett ist auch vorhanden bei Bedarf. Ansonsten ist das Zimmer unmöbeliert, ein paar ältere Möbel stehen jedoch noch im Keller.
