Zum Zimmer:
Ich vermiete ein Zimmer von Ende Februar/Anfang März bis August oder September. Es handelt sich um ein möbliertes 20qm Zimmer. Es ist ein Bett, eine Kommode, drei Lampen, ein sehr gemütlicher Sessel, zwei große Regale und eine gute Stereoanlage mit zwei CD Playern, einem Stereo-Verstärker und zwei Lautsprechern vorhanden.
Internet und Festnetz ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist ein Altbau, daher sind die Räume 3m hoch.
Dıe Wohnung verfügt über zwei Badezimmer und eine große 20 qm Wohnküche. Das große Bad ist wirklich groß und hat sowohl eine Badewanne als auch eine Duschkabine, eine Waschmaschine und ein großes intransparentes Fenster für Tageslicht.
Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem großen Fernseher (nur für DVD, wir haben keinen Fernsehanschluss), einem DVD Player, einer Playstation 2, einer Eckbank, einem Sessel, einer Couch, zwei Tischen und einer Dartscheibe. Und natürlich mit allem was man zum Kochen braucht, denn wir kochen beide gerne.
About the room:
I rent a room from the end of February/beginning March until August or September. It is a furnished 20 m² room. There is a bed, a commode, two big shelfs, three lamps, a very comfortable armchair a big and good stereo sound system with two cd-players, an amplifier and two loudspeakers.
You will have Internet and a Landline. The room is in an old building, so you have a ceiling-heigth of 3 m.
It is a 70 m² community flat with a nice young 21 year old guy, who is in a stabil partnership and very open minded.
We have two bathrooms and a huge living room-kitchen (20 m²). The big bathroom is really big, with a bathtub and a seperate shower cabin and a washing machine, with a big intransparant window for daylight.
The kitchen is equipped with a big TV (but just for DVD's. We do not have TV-program), a DVD-Player, a Playstation 2 ( wich is not used very often ), a seat-corner, an armchair, a couch, two tables and a dartboard. And of course everything you need to cook, cause we both like cooking.

Zur Lage:
Wir leben in Gustavsburg einem früheren Stadtteil von Mainz. Quasi gegenüber der Altstadt. Nimmt man die S-Bahn fährt man nur eine Haltestelle und befindet sich in zwei Minuten in der Altstadt am römischen Theater. Außerdem ist man schnell in Rüsselsheim, beı Opel und in einer halben Stunde in Franfurt am Bahnhof. Zum Flughafen sınd es 20 Minuten.
Zum Mainzer Hauptbahnhof, von dem aus man sehr schnell zur Universität und in die Neustadt kommt, sind es nur zwei Haltestellen und 8 Minuten. Wenn man zum Dom und zur Einkaufsgegend möchte nimmt man einfach eine der zwei Buslinien direkt vor der Tür.
Es gibt einen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei und eine Tankstelle vor der Tür. Unter unserer Wohnung liegt eine exzellente Eisdiele. Möchte man mehr Auswahl fährt man einfach 4 Haltestellen mit dem Bus. Dort liegen noch ein großer Rewe, ein Aldi und ein Netto.
About the position:
I live in Mainz-Gustavsburg a former quarter of mainz, opposite to the old town of mainz at the other side of the river rhine.
If you take the S-Bahn, it is just one station to the old-town and the roman theater. It takes you a 4 minute walk to the station and a 2 minunte ride with the S-Bahn. And you are close to Rüsselsheim, Opel and Frankfurt am Bahnhof. To the airport you just need to go 20 Minutes.
If you want to go to main-station of Mainz, wich is verz close to the university and new-town, it takes you just two stations and eight minutes with the same Bahn-line. From the main station you can go very easily to the university or the Neustadt/new-town. If you want to go to the Dom and the shopping area of mainz , you can take one of the two buslines, right before our house.
You have a supermarket, a bakery and a gas-station right in front of our flat. Just down the steps and you are there. Under this flat is an excellent italian ice-cafe. Also you can go a few minutes by bus, then you have three more supermarkets.

Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 70qm zweier WG mit einem netten jungen 21 jährigen Mann, der sehr offen ist und in einer stabilen Partnerschaft. Er studiert in Rüsselsheim Maschinenbau. Wir reisen und kochen beide gern. Das Leben ist entspannt. Ab und an trifft man sich in der großen Küche und schaut einen Film oder spielt Dart. Wir tauschen uns aus und leben miteinander, ohne den Freiraum des anderes zu stören, aber es ist keine WG der Anonymität
It is a 70 m² community flat with a nice young 21 year old guy, who is in a stabil partnership and very open minded. He studies in Rüsselsheim Machine construction-engineering. We both like travelling and cooking. Lıfe ıs easy here. Sometimes we meet in our big kıtchen and watch a movie or play darts. We talk to and live with each other without bothering, but it is no community of anonymity.

Es muss nıcht dırekt am 25. eingezogen werden wenn es früher oder etwas spãter sein soll, ist das auch kein Problem. Hauptsache, wir haben uns vorher mal getroffen.
Die Wohnung verfügt über eıne Gasetagenheizung.
Jetzt zu den wichtigen Fakten. Die Kosten betragen:
285 für die Miete
15 für Festnetz und Internet
40 für Gas und Strom. Macht 340 komplett.

You don't have to move in exactly at the 25. If you want to move in ab earlier or later, it is no Problem. It is just important to meet before.
