Da unsere Mitbewohnerin auf Reisen ist, wird das Zimmer für 4 Wochen frei. Pro Monat /4Wochen beträgt die Miete mit allem drum in dran 400€ (inklusive Internet usw.)
Das Zimmer ist voll ausgestattet mit viel Stauraum, Schreibtisch, Bett. Gleiches gilt für die geteilten Räume Küche und Bad.

Since our roommate is traveling, the room is free for 4 weeks. Per month the rent is 400€ (including internet etc).
The room is fully equipped with lots of storage space, desk, bed. The same applies to the shared rooms )kitchen and bathroom).
Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und in einer grünen Gegend - das Gonsbachtal und der Hartenberg Park zum joggen oder spazieren gehen ist nah, und das Taubertsbergbad etwa 500m weit entfernt.
Der King Park Center ist gleich um die Ecke (ca. 300m) mit Aldi, Edeka, Bäcker, Apotheke, Post usw., auch zur Uni ist es nicht weit. Das Hauptbahnhof liegt ca. 1 km weit entfernt, die Lage ist also ziemlich zentral. Eine Busstation ist gleich um die Ecke - 200m.

Da wir beide (und vielleicht mit dir...) in dieser konstellation neu zusammen wohnen werden, sind wir sehr offen, wie unser WG-Leben aussehen wird. Wir sind beide offen und kommunikativ, aber falls du gerne mehr für dich bist akzeptieren wir das natürllich.
