Das helle Zimmer( mehrere Fenster auf beiden Seiten )liegt in einer modernen Wohnung, der an Nichts fehlt. Der Balkon bietet eine kleinen Ort der Erholung an der frischen Luft.
Darüber hinaus ist ein Park 3 Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfertn. Ausblick hat man auf den Innenhof sowie die Straße, allerdings stört der Verkehr keineswegs.
Direkt am Hauptbahnhof von Mainz gelegen ( 5 Gehminuten ) und in einem ruhigen, sicheren Mehrparteienhaus, bietet die Wohnung ein gutes zu Hause.
ALDI & REWE sind nicht weit entfernt und die gute Verkehrsanbindung ( sowohl Zug / Bus/ Bahn als auch Auto ) ist vorhanden.
Die WG ist eine 2er MädelsWG, bestehend aus 2 Mainzer Studentinnen. Dritte Mitbewohnerin ist ein kleine, hinreißende Hündin, die völlig problemlos, sauber & lieb ist.
Im Zeitraum bin ich flexibel ( Zwischenmiete gegen Ende der angegebenen Zeit auch möglich ). Kontaktieren könnt Ihr mich am besten per Email, bei der ich so schnell wie möglich versuche zu reagieren.
