Sie können bis zum 30.09.2023 mieten. Ab September können Sie beim Studierendenwerk als Hauptmieter übernehmen.
Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einer kurzfristigen Unterkunft sind oder bald hier studieren möchten, ist dies die perfekte Gelegenheit für Sie!
Höchstalter für Mieter 35 Jahre. Vorzugsweise Studierende der JGU oder der Hochschule Mainz. Internationale willkommen.

Public transport can be reached within 3 minutes of walking.
Mainz station can be reached in 15 minutes via public transport.
REWE(Grocery store) can be reached within 10 minutes of walking.

There are 3 other people living in the flat. They are nice, but we don't meet often because everyone is busy becuase they are students. They can speak German and English.
In der Wohnung wohnen noch 3 weitere Personen. Sie sind nett, aber wir treffen uns nicht oft, weil alle beschäftigt sind, weil sie Studenten sind. Sie können Deutsch und Englisch sprechen.
The subtenant should agree to pay a processing fee of 50€ to register the whole thing with the Studierendenwerk.
Der Untermieter sollte damit einverstanden sein, 50€ Bearbeitungsgebühr zu zahlen um das ganze beim Studierendenwerk anzumelden.
