2 getrennte Zimmer (1 Schlaf-, 1 Wohnzimmer). Beide schön möbliert (siehe Foto mit schönem Sofa).
Wohnzimmer mit 12qm, Schlafzimmer mit 10qm (Bett 1,4m). Es gibt Regale, Schränke und Kommoden, wie man es sich wünscht. Alles sehr wohnlich und deswegen ja auch nur zur Zwischenmiete.
Schöne Wohnküche mit Tisch für 4 Leute. Moderne, saubere Küche.
Es gibt sogar einen kleinen Garten zur Mitbenutzung...
Und vor allem ist es in der Wohnung, auch bei diesem Wetter, angenehm kühl.
Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage in der Mainzer Oberstadt, direkt am Gautor. 5 Minuten zu Fuss in die Innenstadt, 2min zur Bahnhaltestelle und nur 5min zur Uniklinik. Zu Fuss etwa 15min zum Bahnhof.
Schöne Parkanlagen sind auch schnell erreichbar. Darüber hinaus direkt an der boomenden Gaustraße mit immer mehr Cafés und schönen Geschäften.
Eine BWL-Studentin (Laura, 24) wird ab August einziehen. Darüber hinaus wohnt noch eine Medizinstudentin (Sophie, 24) bis September in der Wohnung. Folglich wäre es im September eine 2-er WG.
