ich biete ein schönes günstiges Zimmer, 7 Gehminuten vom HBF. Rossmann, Penny, Rewe, Bäcker ums Eck. Nette Kneipen gibts auch. Ich möchte keine reine Zweck-WG, aber auch kein Aufeinanderhocken, wäre schön wenn wir uns gut verstehn.
Mir wäre wichtig, dass Du es gern sauber und halbwegs ordentlich hast... einen Putzfimmel muss nicht sein ; )
Es gibt einen großen, trockenen Kellerraum, überdachte Abstellmöglichkeit für Räder im Hof.
Kühl- Gefrierkombi, Staubsauger und Waschmaschine sind brandneu, daher müsstest Du 100 Euro Abschlag zahlen plus 100 Euro für die Küche und 25 Euro Wartungskosten für die Heizung.
