in dieser sehr schönen Wohnung wird zum 15.09. ein Zimmer frei! Es ist in etwa 13m² groß. Durch die eingebaute Hochbett-Galerie (4m Deckenhöhe!!) hat man noch viel mehr Fläche. Das Zimmer geht zur Straße raus und ist sehr günstig. Die 250 Euro sind mit Telefon und Internet und allem.
In weniger als einer Minute bist du an der Haltestelle Bismarckplatz. Von dort sind es 3 Stationen zum Hauptbahnhof. Auch per Fahrrad hat man die Neustadt schnell durchquert und ist überall ruckizucki. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch ganz in der Nähe.
In der WG wohnen dann 3 entspannte Mädels, die sich auch präferiert über einen lockeren männlichen Mitbewohner freuen würden. Das Zusammenleben soll unkompliziert und spaßig sein, mit einer Mischung aus Zusammensein und Ruhe für sich selbst.
Für das Hochbett kommt noch ein Abschlag von 300 Euro hinzu, den man dem Vormieter bezahlen müsste.
