Weil ich ausziehe, ab 1.4. wird mein 15qm Zimmer frei in meiner netten 3-er WG frei. Es ist ne schoene Wohnung mit Balkon, super ausgestatteter grosser Küche, die in der Nähe vom Schillerplatz in der Oberstadt liegt und fuer mind. Rewe ist direkt neben dran und die Bushaltstelle direkt vor der Haustür. Uniklinik und Universitätsmedizin liegen ganz in der Nähe
Ïch lasse gerne alle Möbel für den Nachmieter, dennoch würde ich gerne mein Schlacouch (20 euros) und meinen Stuhl (10 euros)verkaufen.
Since I move to other city, up 01.04 I rent my 15 sqm room in Oberstadt, close to Schillerplatz. Very well equiped kitchen, the sun hits the balcony during the whole day (When there is sun) and the other 2 Flatmates are really friendly. Supermarket right is on the corner and the bus-stop in front of the house. Uniklinik and Uni of Medicine are quite close
