bei uns ist ab sofort ein Zimmer frei und deshalb sind wir zwei Mädels(25 und 27),beide berufstätig,auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner.
Du kannst ab sofort bei uns einziehen...

Du solltest männlich,nett und aufgeschlossen sein. Auch solltest du ein wenig Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit legen(Putzplan) :)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Universitätsmedizin und die Stadt bzw. der Bahnhof sind in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.
Es fahren auch mehrere Busse in die Stadt(62,63,71).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind natürlich auch vorhanden :)
Wir kochen gerne zusammen und sitzen oft in unserem Wohnzimmer,wo wir gerne mal den Abend mit 'nem leckeren Wein ausklingen lassen.
Im Garten kann man sehr gut grillen... vor allem im "Sommer" ;)
