Zur Untermiete sind zwei moeblierte Zimmer in einer dreier WG gestellt.Es ist eine kleine aber sehr huebsche und ruhig Wohnung in ein Altbau mit viel charm. Ein Zimmer ist ein Arbeitszimmer (14m), das andere ein Schlafzimmer (17m). Beide sind durch eine Tuer geteilt. Ich schlafe auf ein tatami und Futon aber es gibt auch eine Schlafcouch fuer die Leuten die das nicht moechten :)
In der Wohnung gibt es auch eine Kueche und ein kleines Bad.
Wir wohnen im 5. Stock also duerft Ihr nicht vor Treppen Angst haben !
I am subletting my two rooms for a few month because of Archival Research. The rest of the Apartment is quite small but very pretty, with a kitchen and a bath and two other rooms. My rooms are furnished and I would also leave some of my stuff there, but don't worry there would be more than enough space for you! I usually sleep on a Tatami but there is also a couch on which you can sleep quite comfortably.
We live 2 minutes away from the Rhine (good for Runners) and 15 min away from the Hauptbahnhof. The street is calm and very pretty.
Die Albinistr. ist eine der huebschsten Strassen der Stadt. Wir sind ganz nah am Rhein ! Es ist sehr gut um dort Abends ein Bier zu trinken oder zum joggen.
Meine Mitbewohnerinnen sind beide 26 und sehr nett. Wir essen manchmal und trinken gerne ein Bier zusammen aber es ist kein muss. Wir sind sauber aber auch nicht zu viel und halten keinen Putzplan. Benedetta meine Mitbewohnerin kommt aus Italien, versteht Deutsch aber spricht lieber English, wir sind also eine International orientierte WG!
Both my roommates are 26 and very nice. They won't be at home all the time because it is vacation time when they are here they are very cool to hang out with and have a beer. It is no problem however if you just want to stay in your room. The cleaning is not very strictly organized but it works very well with the three of us so I am sure it will be the same with you! One of my roomies doesn't speak german so well so we like to speak english at home.
One thing (which explains the cheap price of the rooms) that I should mention is that I will be back for a few days at a time in April (pobably twice 3-4 days). This shouldn't be too much trouble though : during that time I would just be sleeping in the smaller room (the office) and you could take the main room.
Die einzige Sache die ich noch ansprechen sollte und die den guenstigen Preis erklaert ist dass, ich im April fuer ein-zwei Wochen zu Hause sein werde. Deshalb muesste ich dann im Arbeitszimmer schlafen...
