In unserer WG wird zum 01. April ein Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß und liegt zum Innenhof hin. Es hat ein große Fenster.
Das Zimmer ist Möbliert und hat hat einen Schrank, Bett und einen Schreibtisch + Stuhl.
Badzimmer und Küche wurden letztes Jahr (2013) komplett saniert, die WG wurde mit neuer neue Küche und neue Badzimmer ausgestattet.
Das Zimmer ist es für eine so zentrale Lage sogar eher ruhig. Die Wohnung hat auch zwei WCs.
Insgesamt beträgt die Miete für das Zimmer 330€ Warm und enthalt alle Nebenkosten (Heiz-, Betriebskosten und Strom).
Unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof und in die Innenstadt.
Zum HBF ist man in 3 Min. Ebenso befinden sich drei Supermärkte in reichweite (REWE,ALDI,PENNY) und Rossmann, was sehr Praktisch ist wenn man viele einkauft hat. In knapp 10 Minuten ist man in der Innenstadt (Höfchen, Schillerplatz...).
Für Autobesitzer gilt seit Anfang 2013 Anwohnerparken. Für 60 Euro kann man für zwei Jahre einen Anwohnerparkausweis erhalten. Die Parksituation ist damit sehr gut.
Es gibt ein Putzplan, sodoss du jeweils nach 5 wochen dran bist um die Gemeinschaftsräume zu reinigern.
