Da ich ein Auslandssemester mache, suche ich ab Oktober bis März eine(n) nette(n) Zwischenmieter(in).
Das Zimmer ist groß (18 qm), hat hohe Decken und einen alten Dielenfußboden. Der Blick durch die zwei Fenster geht auf eine Allee. Die Wohnung ist ein schöner Altbau und hat sogar einen kleinen Balkon.
Ich vergebe das Zimmer möbliert: Darin befindet sich ein großer Schreibtisch, Bett (140x200cm), Bücherregal, Kommode, Kleiderstange und ein Sofa.
Die Haltestelle Bismarckplatz ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, von hier ist man in 5 min am Hauptbahnhof, bis zur Uni sind es 15 min. Man hat günstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, denn Aldi und Lidl sind wenige Meter entfernt. Falls man aber mal zu faul zum einkaufen ist: Ein Dönerladen inklusive sehr nettem Besitzer befinden sich unten im Haus :)
Wir sind eine Studenten-WG und sind zwischen 23 und 24 Jahre alt. Wir kochen gerne zusammen oder unternehmen etwas.
