Ich suche einen Nachmieter für mein 19 m² großes Zimmer. Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster und ist daher schön hell. Ich habe derzeit zwei IKEA- Verdunkelungsrollos, die gerne übernommen werden können.
Das Zimmer hat einen hellen Parkettboden, SAT- Anschluss und zwei Heizungen. Ich würde ausserdem gerne mein Schlafsofa gegen geringe Ablöse im Zimmer lassen, ist aber nicht zwingend.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Neustadt, ca. 5 Minuten vom HBF entfernt. REWE, Penny und Rossmann befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sowie sämtliche Ärzte und Apotheken. Die Altstadt und der Rhein sind in jeweils ca. 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen.
Ihr würdet zwei tolle Mitbewohner bekommen. Luisa, studiert Innenarchitektur und Christian, der sein VWL- Studium abgeschlossen hat. Da Luisa der zeit noch ein Auslandssemester macht, wohnt Martin hier, der ein Praktikum in Mainz macht.
Die Wohnung hat eine große voll- ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Badewanne.
