Das Zimmer ist 16m² groß und hat zwei große Fenster.
Es gibt eine ältere, aber gut ausgestattete Küche zurzeit mit Spülmaschine.
Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken, Dusche, Badewanne und Waschmaschinenanschluss.
Im Gemeinschaftsraum gehört ein
Klappsofa und ein Seffel zum Wohnungsinventar.
Im Flur ist eine Holzeinbauwand um zusätzlich Sachen zu verstauen.
Vor der Wohnungstür ist noch ein kleiner Stauraum, der nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen ist.
Ich bin Montag, den 22.06.15 und Dienstag, den 23.06.15 in Mainz für Wohnungsbesichtigungen.
Einfach anschreiben für Terminabsprache.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt beim Bismarkplatz. Mit Bus und Bahn ist man in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof.
Zu Fuß in die Innenstadt geht man 12 Minuten.
Aldi und Lidl sind beide sofort um die Ecke, ein wenig weiter ist auch Norma und Rewe. Zudem gibt es auch einen Nightshop in der Nachbarschaft, sowie zahlreiche weitere Essensmöglichkeiten.
Ich suche schnellst möglich einen Nachmieter; nach Absprache auch vor dem 01.07.15
Ich bin zeitweise telefonisch schlecht erreichbar wegen der Arbeit und wohne auch nicht mehr in Mainz.
