Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
wir (Tobias und Pablo) zum 1. April 2016 eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er WG, die 7 Fußminuten zum Hauptbahnhof entfernt in der Mombacher Straße 49 liegt.
Das frei werdende Zimmer ist ca 15 qm groß und hat einen 5 qm großen begehbaren Kleiderschrank (kleines extra Zimmer) zusätzlich benutzen wir zusammen ein über 20qm großes Wohnzimmer mit 2 Sofas, Esstisch und Flatscreen mit Ausstattung, in dem man sich mit bis zu 8 Leuten bequem aufhalten kann.
Pablo ist Spanier, spricht Deutsch und arbeitet als Ingenieur in Rüsselsheim. Ich mache mein Referendariat an einer Berufsschule in Wiesbaden. Wir heißen alle berufstätigen, Studenten, Referendare und Praktikanten willkommen, sich bei uns vorzustellen. Hey everybody,
Pablo and I (Tobias) are looking for a new flatmate to share our appartment with. The appartment is a 7 minutes walk away from the main station in Mombacher Str. 49 and will be free on April 1st, 2017.
The room is about 15 square meters and you can use your own 5 square meters separate room (for changing, storage etc.) apart from sharing an over 20 square meter furnished living room with us (sofas, flatscreen, table chairs, it's all there and enough space to hang out with up to 8 people.
Pablo is from Spain and works as an engineer in Rüsselsheim. I am German and work as a teacher for business administration in Wiesbaden. We both speak German, English and Spanish. We welcome all nationalities in all different professional situations. If you want to get to know us and the appartment, send us an email with details about yourself, your hobbies, why you are in Germany and when you would like to move in.
Die Wohnung liegt in Bahnhofsnähe gegenüber der Neustadt. Ruhige Gegend und wenig Lärm wenn man von ein Paar vorbeifahrenden Autos absieht. Man braucht nur ca 7 Minuten zum Bahnhof und kann alle Linien und Züge bequem erreichen. Parkplätze sind direkt vorm Haus und kostenlos (wir haben beide auch Autos)

The flat is only 7 minutes to the main station where you can reach public transport easily. Its quite apart from some cars passing by. Parking space available directly in front of the building (we both have cars.)
Da wir beide berufstätig sind, sind wir meist gegen späten Nachmittag bis Abend zuhause. Am Wochenende gehen wir ab und an mal zusammen Abends in die Stadt zum feiern. Wir kochen unter der Woche ab und an mal zusammen oder haben Besuch von Freunden. Wir sind häufig mehrere Tage unterwegs, da wir gerne, teils auch beruflich, reisen.

Since we both work, we come home in the evening or late afternoon. On the weekend we go out to the pubs every now an then. Weekdays we cook, chill and invite friends to come over. We travel a lot, so we might not be home for several days in a row.
