Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer in Inter II.
Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster und ist somit hell und auch ziemlich geräumig (16qm). Es ist möbliert. 331 Euro kostet das Zimmer für Monat, darin sind alle Nebenkosten, sowie Internet, Wasser und Strom.
I'm looking for someone to sublet my room in Inter II, a student dorm inside Uni Mainz campus.
The room has 2 big windows and is 16mq. It's also furnished (bed, desk, shelves, closet, mirror, sink, fridge and freezer, two chairs). It costs 331 Euro monthly, all other costs included (Internet, Water, Electricity).
Die WG liegt direkt auf dem Campus, in der Studenten Wohnheim Inter II, ca. 20 Minuten vom Altstadt zu Fuß und 5 min mit den Bus (die Bushaltestelle, von dem aus fast alle wichtigen Buslinien regelmäßig fahren, befindet sich 10 min zu Fuß vom Wohnheim). Es gibt gute Auto und Fahrrad Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Zentralmensa befindet sich direkt vor dem Wohnheim.
The dorm is directly inside the campus, ca. 20 mins walk (5 by bus) from the Altstadt (the bus stop, where some of the most important bus lines regularly stop, is 10 mins on foot from the dorm. There are good parking options for cars and bikes. The University's Zentralmensa is directly opposite the dorm.
Ihr teilt euch zwei Bad und zwei Dusche mit 7 weiteren Mitbewohnern.. die erwähnt warscheinlich nur sehr selten wenn überhaupt da sind.
Des weiteren gibt es in der WG eine große Küche mit 4 Herden, Backofen, Schränke, eine große Tisch, Stühle, etc. Es gibt ein Kühlschrank in jede Zimmer.
Unsere WG ist international, wir sprechen Deutsch und Englisch.
You share 2 bathrooms and 2 showers with 7 other students, whom you'll probably hardly ever see if they're there at all. In the apartment there's a big kitchen with 4 stoves, oven, cupboards, a big table, chairs, etc. There's a personal fridge+freezer in every room.
The dorm is international, there are both German and international Erasmus students.
