Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Bus und Bahn sind von hier durch einen Katzensprung zu erreichen und auch nachts kommt man leicht zu Fuß von jeder Party gut nach Hause.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 4 Zimmer plus Küche (vollausgestattet) und Bad. Es gibt auch noch einen kleinen Balkon zum Hinterhof raus, den man gut zum Wäscheaufhängen oder zum Rauchen nutzen kann.
Das Zimmer ist 15m² groß und besitzt ein 1,40 Bett, Schreibtisch, zwei Kommoden und 2 Regale plus zwei Sessel. Mit einer Abschlagszahlung von 100 Euro werde ich die neutralen Möbel dort lassen.
Meine Mitbewohnerin und Freundin, Anni, ist 24 Jahre alt und studiert Lehramt mit den Fächern Englisch und Sport. Sie ist ein sehr netter und offener Mensch mit dem es nie langweilig wird. Deshalb solltest du auf keine bloße Zweck WG aus sein, sondern auch mal Lust auf gemeinsame Aktivitäten haben!
