Ich ziehe Anfang Oktober um und suche daher ein/e nette/n Nachmieter/in. Das Zimmer ist 13 Quadratmeter groß und teilmöbliert (Tisch, Bürostuhl, weitere Möbel können bei Interesse ebenfalls günstig übernommen werden).
Küche und Bad teilst du dir mit zwei lieben Mitbewohnerinnen (1 Bald-Doktorandin, 1 Postdoktorand). Die WG verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine. Wäsche kann auf dem Dachboden zum Trocknen aufgehängt werden. Im Hinterhof befindet sich eine große Wiese (Grillen leider nicht mehr erlaubt), vor dem Haus ein kleiner Fahrradstellplatz.
In der Miete sind Strom, Wasser und Heizung inbegriffen. Telefon und Internet (50mbit), sowie GEZ fallen zusätzlich an.
Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem zentral gelegen. Innerhalb von 10min Fußweg liegen die Uniklinik, ein Rewe mit Getränkemarkt, eine Bushaltestelle (Linie 62, 63, 76), eine Tramhaltestelle (Line 50, 51, 52, 53, 660, 652). Sowohl Innenstadt als auch Uni-Campus sind per Fahrrad oder per Bus/Tram innerhalb von 10 bis 15min erreichbar. In direkter Nähe liegt auch der Stadtpark, bzw. im Anschluss der Volkspark.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Man unterhält sich gerne mal in der Küche, aber trotzdem hat jeder die Möglichkeit sich zurückzuziehen, wenn er es möchte.
