The apartment is located in the city center (Schönbornstrasse 10; Altstadt) close to the Dom, Rewe City, Penny, Tegut etc. Moreover, bars and restaurants are around the corner!
The apartment is approximately 60-70 square-meters and includes two bedrooms, a sunny living room, kitchen with sitting area, bathroom and storage cabinet.
It is a WG for two. My roommate is finishing her Masters in Economics and is 27 years old. Hannah is originally from the USA and has been living in Germany for 8 years. She likes to do sports (jogging), chat over a beer and cook together but there are no obligations and one can also have privacy.
I really enjoyed living with her and we have become good friends.
The monthly rent is 440 euros. The existing furniture must be taken over for:
-Bed (less than one-year-old and new mattress)
-Closet (less than one-year-old)
-Wash machine (1-month-old) brand new!
-leather sofa (living room)
-sideboard (living room)
-carpet (living room)
-etc
The latter has a cost of 400 euros
The apartment is in the city center and close to the Höfchen/Listmann where buses constantly depart to all city areas. Alternatively, the Römisches Theater S-Bahn station is 5 min away by foot.
