Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und ist über Aufzug oder Treppe easy zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist hell, 16 qm groß und hat 2 große Fenster mit Blick auf den Kaiser-Wilhelm-Ring. Sophie würde ihre Vorhänge und 1 paar Möbelstücke (Bett, Schrank, Regale) gerne im Zimmer lassen - diese zu übernehmen ist aber kein Muss.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist überragend. Die Haltestelle 'Lessingstraße' liegt direkt vor der Haustür. Mit der Straßenbahn ist man in 1 Minute am Hauptbahnhof und 6 Minuten an der Uni. Zu Fuß läuft man 6-7 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof und 10 Minuten bis zum Rhein. Ein Rewe, direkt um die Ecke, und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt.
Die beiden Bewohner Tonio (26) & Manuel (26) studieren beide im Master an der JGU. Wir sind sportliche Typen und bei uns läuft alles stressfrei ab.
