ich suche für den Juni eine Zwischenmieterin/ Zwischenmieter für mein möbliertes Zimmer, da ich in dem Zeitraum verreise. Du würdest mit Theresa (Deutsche) und Pablo (Spanier) zusammenwohnen, die studieren bzw. als Ingenieur arbeiten. Die WG hat drei Zimmer und wir teilen uns zusammen ein Wohnzimmer (25qm). Die Wohnung hat eine komfortable Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Ofen, Flatscreen, Playstation mit Netflix etc), einen großen Flur und ein großes Badezimmer. Kürzere Zeit zur Zwischenmiete zu wohnen als in der Anzeige angegeben ist auch möglich, Preis ist dann Verhandlungsbasis. Anfragen gerne per Email.

Hey guys,
we are are looking for an interim flatmate from the 23rd of June until the 1st of August because I will travel abroad in this timespan. You will be sharing the flat with Pablo from Spain and Theresa from Germany, who work and study. The flat is branded by a chilled out and social atmosphere in wich we cook together, have a beer or watch a movie in our 25 square meter shared living room. Facilities are comfortoble and can be used by everybody (TV, Playstation, washing mashine, dishwasher, oven, big fridge). If you want to stay a shorter period of time, no worries, price is negotiable. Please contact me via email, I will respond quickly ;-)

Die Wohnung liegt in Bahnhofsnähe (7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Hauptbahnhof, Aldi, Rewe, Fastfood etc.) in der Mombacher Straße. Parken vor der Wohnung ist zu keiner Tageszeit ein Problem (ich finde seit zwei Jahren immer einen Parkplatz)

The apartment is very close to Mainz central station (7 minutes walking to the main station and to the shops, food etc.). Parking your car right in front of the apartment is no problem.
Pablo ist Spanier und Theresa kommt aus Bad Kreuznach. Wir wohnen schon seit ein paar Jahren hier, sprechen Englisch, Spanisch und Deutsch und arbeiten als Ingenieur und Lehrer in Rüsselsheim bzw. studieren. In unserer Freizeit verreisen wir oft in den Ferien oder am Wochenende, machen Sport, kochen und gucken Serien. Wir sind sehr verträglich und sozial :-)

Pablo is from Spain and Theresa is from Germany. We have been living in this apartment for a while, we speak Englisch, Spanish and German and work as Engineer and Teacher in Rüsselsheim. In our free time we travel a lot, do sports, cook and watch series together. Normally we get along very well with all kinds of flatmates and guests :-)
