what’s poppin meenzer,
so my roomate from 2 years is leaving our beautiful apartment in der neustadt so I'm looking for a new roomate that stays in Mainz for either studies or work for at least 1 year
The room is 15 m2 but super cozy! its more or less furnitured but we can talk about what goes what stays, if you're bringing your own stuff. should be very uncomplicated :)
The big windows let light come in through at all times which I think is cool and you have access to your own balcony (its really big in my opinion) which in autumn/summer is just nice and so quiet!
we have a long “flur” so it feels super spacy. the kitchen is small but super clean and it has got everything you need! you can also access to the balcony through the kitchen.
my roomate would leave the washing mashine and the fridge if we give me something for them. we could arrange that personally..
several bus stations are 2/3 minutes walking distance and they take you literally everywhere bus 63/70/76 and walking to the Hbf takes maybe 15 minutes.
rewe/nahkauf/netto 5 minutes away
bakery, bars and restaurants everywhere and super affordable!
this time around is the best because the weather is just so nice and the river is maybe 2 minutes away so you can go for a jog/walk etc.
my name is Roberto, I'm 22 and I study Communications Design in the Hochschule.
I consider myself a very outgoing, creative and social person. I often have friends over and I'm out of the city every other weekend. Whenever I'm home I'm constantly listening to music, cooking or doing Uni stuff. I like leaving the door open and I'd like for you to feel like you can do that as well..
In other words, I'm looking for a roomate that would like to do stuff together. We don't have to be codependent of course but the usual cooking, watching movies, going out, introduce each other's friends, etc.
