Ich suche für etwa 2 Monate eine/n Zwischenmieter/in für mein WG-Zimmer. Es ist 27 m² groß und komplett möbiliert (Bett, Kleiderschrank, Regale, Schreibtisch, Couch).
Zu dem Zimmer gehört ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche.

I'm searching for a short time tenant from August to September. I'm living in a 27m² room in a flat share with 3 other flatmates. My room is completely furnished (bed, couch, closet, desk, shelves).
You will have your own bathroom with a shower.
Die Wohnung gehört zum K3-Wohnheim, das gleich neben der Fachhochschule und beim Uni-Campus liegt. Die S-Bahn-Haltestelle ist nur 2 Gehminuten entfernt, damit kommst du alle 10 bis 20 Minuten zum Hbf. Den erreichst du nach etwa 8 Minuten Fahrt und dort kannst du auch gut im Rewe einkaufen. Mit dem Auto oder dem Rad sind noch einige weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe zu erreichen.
Zur Uni kommst du zu Fuß in etwa 10 (Zentralmensa) bis knapp 20 Minuten (Muschel).
The flat is a part of the K3-residental home, right next to the technical college (Fachhochschule) and near the campus of the university. The urban train station is only 2 minutes away and takes you to the main station in 10 minutes.
Du wohnst mit meinen Mitbewohnern Alex, Ryan und Bobby zusammen. Sie sind alle sehr nett, wir reden auch gern mal miteinander oder gehen zusammen einkaufen. Alles in allem ist es aber eher eine Zweck-WG.
You're living together with my flatmates Alex, Ryan and Bobby. You share a big kitchen with two fridges with them.
Der bei Kaltmiete angegebene Preis schließt auch die Nebenkosten mit ein :)
