Hallo, ich einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer zum 01.01.2023. Das Zimmer ist frisch renoviert und voll möbliert. Dir stehen ein Kleiderschrank, ein Schreibtisch und ein Bett zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung wird gerade komplett renoviert. Du wirst also der/die erste sein, der die Wohnung bewohnt.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder, eine Küche, ein Esszimmer und einen schönen Garten, in dem man wirklich fantastisch sitzen kann. Außerdem ist die WG mit einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
The room is completly new done and fully furnitured. The whole place is being done new, so you will be the first person with your room mates who lives in the apartment. The room is also fully furnitured. You will have a bed, a wardrobe and a desk.
The apartment has two baths, where one is currently renovated. There is also a kitchen, a dining room, a nice garden with a great terrace where you can sit on a sunny day. We also have a washing machine.
Lage
Eine Bushaltestelle findest du nach einer Minute Fußweg. Hier fahren dich im Viertelstundentakt Busse an den HBF, von dem du schnell an die Uni und Hochschule gelangst.
Innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten erreichst du zu Fußeinen Tegut und Netto. Du hast es also nicht weit um Lebensmittel einzukaufen. Ein Rossmann ist nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Volkspark ist in nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
A bus station is within reach. You will need one minute going there. The bus takes you to the main station every 15 minutes. Within a 2-3 minute walk, you have the possibility to shop your groceries at a Netto or Tegut. You can find a drugstore within 4 minute reach.
You can reach the Volkspark within 10 minutes, where you have a lot of possibilities to spend your free time or go for a walk.
WG-Leben
Bei unserer WG handelt es sich um eine WG Neugründung. Daher kann ich dir noch nicht viel über das WG-Leben sagen. Da in der Vergangenheit internationale Studenten in der WG gewohnt haben, solltest du kein Problem damit haben Englisch zu sprechen
Because we are a new WG, i can´t tell you about the WG-life so far.
