A big newly renovated room in a 2-room apartment, with its own balcony, completely furnished: with a bed, chest of drawers, shelving, table, chair and carpet. You will be sharing the apartment with another girl, who is studying Architecture in Darmstadt, she has been living in Germany for the last 10 years, lives a quiet life and does not leave the room much due to study activities. And also with a landlady, who is mostly home only in the nights, because she works everyday.

I am subletting the room, as I have to move to Frankfurt for my internship from October to April, therefore the room is available for 6 months at least, with possibility to extend, in case I stay in Frankfurt longer. So, I would prefer someone, who could move sharpest on 10th of October. All in all, the dates are negotiable. Payment of the first month and the deposit of 580 Euro has to be done right upon moving in.
