Ich schaetze die Gegend als ziemlich perfekt zum Leben ein, ganz egal ob du Student oder Praktikant bist oder schon arbeitest. Die naechste Bushaltestelle ist 2min entfernt, die naechste Strassenbahnhaltestelle 8min - viele Busse und Bahnen fahren direkt zum Hauptbahnhof.Gerade weil die Wohnung nicht direkt in der Stadtmitte liegt, ist die Gegend ausgesprochen ruhig und sehr angenehm.

Wenn du an der JGU studierst, kannst du die Uni in 10min zu Fuss erreichen.

Unser Haus ist umgeben von jeder Menge Gruen, wenn du hier bist werden die Kirsch- und Apfelbaeume bluehen.
Achtung: Wir haben sogar einen Swimming-Pool, den alle Mitbewohner unseres Hauses nutzen duerfen (oeffnet im April).

In nur 3min bist du bei REWE (ein recht grosser Supermarkt hier und auch der naechste an der Uni). Ausserdem gibt es eine Apotheke, ein Arzt, einen Baecker und eine Bank.

Wenn du gerne aktiv bist, gibt es hier viele Moeglchkeiten zum Radfahren, Skaten, Joggen etc.


I would consider this the perfect location to live, no matter if you are a student, apprentice, intern or worker. The next bus stop is 2min away with busses going to the central station (8min), passing by university (5min). Because it is not located directly in the center of the city, the area is really quiet and comfortable to live in.

If you are a student at JGU you can easily walk there within 10min.

Our house is surrounded by lots of greenery and the apple trees will be blooming during your stay! Attention: We also have a pool attached to the premises that will be open from April onwards!

It’s only a 3min walk to REWE which is quite a big super market in the area and also the closest one to university. There’s also a pharmacy, a general practitioner (just in case you get sick) a bakery and a bank in close proximity.

If you’re an active person there are plenty of opportunities to do sports e.g. running, skating, bicycling etc.

Du wirst dir die Wohnung mit 3 wundervollen jungen Menschen teilen, die alle extrem nett und entspannt sind.

Nadja (26) ist unglaublich suess und entspannt. Sie arbeitet fuer eine Medienagentur in Wiesbaden und ist eine leidenschaftliche Volleyballspielerin und ein wirklich guter (und gesunder!) Koch.

Alina (24) ist witzig, kuenstlerisch begabt und kreativ! Gerade eben macht sie eine Ausblildung zur Musicaldarstellerin und liebt eine gute Unterhaltung mit ihren Mitbewohnern.

Phil ist der Wissenschaftler unter uns. Er kann dir stundenlang von DNA-Sequenzierung und Polymerase erzaehlen und hat soeben seine Masterarbeit an der JGU fertiggestellt! Phil liebt Pflanzen, Kaffee und Pizza und ist eine unglaublich gesellige Person.


Wie du sehen kannst, sind wir alle sehr beschaeftigte Leute die entweder studieren, arbeiten, oder - eigentlich ziemlich oft - beides tun.
Deswegen hoffen wir du verstehst, dass wir KEINE Party-WG sind (was nicht bedeuten soll, dass wir nicht auch gerne mal zu einem Glass Wein oder Bier zusammensitzen.)

You will be sharing the apartment with 3 wonderful young people who are all extremely nice and easygoing!

Nadja (26) is incredibly sweet and relaxed and works for a media agency in Wiesbaden. She is a passionate Volleyball player and a really good (and healthy!) cook. 🏐🥗🥔🥕🍅

Alina (24) is all things funny, artistic and creative! She’s currently doing an apprenticeship as a musical actor and loves a good chat with her roommates. 🎶💃🏻🎩🎭

Phil (24) is the scientist amongst us. He can go on about DNA sequencing and polymerase forever and has just finished writing his master thesis at university! Phil loves plants, coffee and pizza and is a real social person, too. 🌱📑🔍🎓


As you can see, all of us are very busy people who are either studying or working or, in most cases, both. We therefore hope you understand that we are NOT a party-WG that goes nuts every weekend (which doesn’t mean that we don’t enjoy a glass of wine or a beer and cigarette every now and then!). 🎉🎊🍻🍾👯‍♀️

Die Anzahlung fuer das Zimmer belaeuft sich auf 250€ die im Voraus gezahlt werden muessen. Ausserdem werde ich 50€ fuer Moebel und Haushaltsgeraete verlangen, die du allerdings wiederbekommst, wenn nichts beschaedigt oder verloren gegangen ist.

Und an dieser Stelle noch einmal:
Wenn du deinen Aufenthalt verlaengern moechtest, hast du die Moeglichkeit in Nadja's Zimmer nebenan zi ziehen (16. April bis Ende Juni).

The deposit for the room will be 250€ that will have to be paid upfront. Furthermore I will charge you 50€ for furniture and domestic devices which you will GET BACK at the end of your stay if nothing got lost or damaged.

I’ve said this before, but once again:
If you want to extend your stay or if you’re planning to do so right now, you’d have the possibility to move into Nadja’s room on April 16 as she will be going away then.
