Großes, helles WG Zimmer in einer zweier WG kann nach Wunsch teilmöbliert übernommen werden (Schrank, Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl).
Die Küche ist klein und praktisch eingerichtet mit Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und einem Sitzplatz. Küchenutensilien sind fast alle vorhanden und können nach Absprache gemeinsam genutzt werden.
Im Badezimmer sind eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Das Wohnzimmer steht zur gemeinsamen Nutzung bereit und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Wohnung hat einen kleine Balkon mit Blick in den grünen Hinterhof auf dem man nachmittags/ am frühen Abend Sonne hat (dieser ist nach Absprache zu Nutzen da der Zugang über das zweite WG Zimmer erfolgt).
Large, bright room in a shared apartment for two people can be taken over partially furnished if desired (wardrobe, bed, desk chair).The kitchen is small and practically furnished with a dishwasher, refrigerator and a seat. Almost all kitchen utensils are available and can be used together by arrangement.
The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. The living room is available for shared use and is comfortably furnished. The apartment has a small balcony with a view of the green backyard where you can have sun in the afternoon/early evening (this can be used by arrangement as access is via the second shared room).
Die WG ist neben dem Goethepark und zu Fuß braucht man etwa 15 Gehminuten zum Rhein und zum Hauptbahnhof. Es gibt einen Rewe etwa 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Zu den Bushaltestellen Lessingstraße und Goethestraße sind es jeweils nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Dort fahren Busse und auch die Straßenbahn 50/51. Alle anderen Highlights, Cafés und Restaurants der Neustadt sind super schnell erreichbar.
The shared apartment is next to the Goethepark and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the Rhine and the main train station. There is a Rewe about 3 minutes walk away. The Lessingstraße and Goethestraße bus stops are each just a 5-minute walk away. Buses and tram 50/51 run there. All other highlights, cafés and restaurants in the Neustadt can be reached very quickly.
In der Wohnung wohnt bereits Meike, 30 Jahre alt, Sozialarbeiterin. Mir ist es wichtig ein Zuhause zu haben wo wir uns beide Wohl fühlen und aufeinander Rücksicht nehmen. Ich freue mich wenn wir zwischendrin mal miteinander quatschen, ansonsten hat aber auch jede die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen und Zeit für sich zu haben. Alle 2-3 Wochen können wir einen WG-Talk planen, bei Interesse gerne kombiniert mit gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen.
Putzen teilen wir uns auf, sodass einmal in der Woche Bad und Küche geputzt sind und die Wohnung gesaugt wird.
Zwischen 22 Uhr und 7/8 Uhr sollte es insbesondere im Flur ruhiger sein, damit man schlafen kann;) Das Wohnzimmer ist gerne offen für Gäste, einfach kurz absprechen- und meistens klappt es dann:) Da ich in einer Beziehung bin wird sicherlich auch mein Freund immer mal am Tag bei mir zu Besuch sein- aber da können wir uns ja dann auch absprechen.
Meike, 29 years old, a social worker, already lives in the apartment. It's important to me to have a home where we both feel comfortable and take each other into consideration. I'm happy if we chat together in between, but otherwise everyone has the opportunity to withdraw and have time for themselves. We can plan a shared talk every 2-3 weeks, which if you are interested can be combined with cooking and eating together.
We split up the cleaning so that the bathroom and kitchen are cleaned and the apartment is vacuumed once a week.
Between 10 p.m. and 7/8 a.m. it should be quieter, especially in the hallway, so that you can sleep ;) The living room is open to guests, just make a quick arrangement - and it usually works :) As I'm in a relationship, my boyfriend will certainly be visiting me from time to time during the day - but then we can also make arrangements.
