Traurigen Herzens ziehe ich nach 10 Jahren aus meiner 2er WG aus. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca 22 qm groß und ist für einen "Nichtaltbau" recht hoch. Abgesehen vom Flur und dem Bad (hier liegen Fliesen) liegt in allen Zimmern Laminat.
Die helle Wohnung liegt in der fünften Etage, es gibt einen Fahrstuhl (mit 4 Treppenstufen im Eingangsbereich des Hauses - daher nur eingeschränkt barrierefrei), einen Fahrradkeller, einen Innenhof zur Mitbenutzung.

It is with a sad heart that I am moving out of my shared flat after 10 years. The room for rent is about 22 square meters and is quite high for a "non-old building". Apart from the hallway and the bathroom (which are tiled), all rooms have laminate flooring.
The bright apartment is located on the fifth floor, there is an elevator (with 4 steps in the entrance area of the house - therefore only limited barrier-free), a bicycle cellar, an inner courtyard for shared use.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in attraktiver Neustadtlage: Alles was man im Alltag so braucht findet man fußläufig in der Umgebung. Park, Spielplatz, Kiosk, Kneipen, Buchhandlungen und verschiedenste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke.
Entfernung zur nächsten Bushaltestelle 50 m, Tram 400 m, Hauptbahnhof und Rheinufer sind jeweils 800 m entfernt.

The apartment is in an attractive new town location: everything you need for everyday life is within walking distance. Park, playground, kiosk, pubs, bookshops and various shopping facilities are just around the corner.
Distance to the next bus stop 50 m, streetcar 400 m, main train station and banks of the Rhine are both 800 m away.
Die Wohnung glänzt durch eine geräumige Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, einen sonnigen Balkon und ein gemeinsames Wohnzimmer. Dein zukünftiger Mitbewohner ist ein freundlicher Filmliebhaber (seit kurzem arbeitssuchend), ein rundum angenehmer Zeitgenosse (Anfang 40), mit dem sehr gut auszukommen ist. Die Hausgemeinschaft ist alterstechnisch gemischt, freundlich und auch angenehm unaufdringlich. Von Pärchen, über andere WGs bis hin zu Senioren ist alles dabei.

The apartment boasts a spacious kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a sunny balcony and a shared living room. Your future flatmate is a friendly movie lover (recently looking for work), an all-round pleasant contemporary (early 40s) who is very easy to get along with. The house community is mixed in age, friendly and also pleasantly unobtrusive. There are couples, other flat-sharers and senior citizens.
Du solltest Bitte Kontaktaufnahme über die Nachrichtenfunktion von WG Gesucht. Ich leite alle Anfragen welche den Vorgaben entsprechen an meinen Mitbewohner weiter. Dieser meldet sich dann bei euch.

Dazu kommen noch Kosten für Strom, Gas, Internet und GEZ, welche jeweils durch 2 geteilt werden.
