Hallo,
wir suchen zum 01.03.2013 einen neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere WG. Das frei werdende Zimmer ist sehr groß (ca. 20 m²) gut geschnitten, schön hell und mit Laminat ausgelegt.
Die Wohnung ist relativ ruhig Gelegen und hat zwei Balkone; an Geräten (Spül- und Waschmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Kühl- und Tiefkühlschrank etc.) ist alles vorhanden.
Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast und letztes Jahr wurde das Haus komplett energetisch saniert, gedämmt, neu verputzt und das Treppenhaus wurde renoviert.
Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage und es ist trotzdem ruhig.
Bushaltestellen sind praktisch direkt vor der Tür, am Bahnhof ist man in 10 min, Sparkasse, Volksbank, Post, Rewe, Penny, Rossman, Apotheke, Pizza, Döner, Thai, Kneipen, alles direkt vor der Tür bzw. in max 5 min zu erreichen. Genauso schnell ist man am Rhein und der Goethepark ist auch um die Ecke.
Wir sind(noch)zu viert und verstehen uns alle sehr gut. Wir haben zwar alle unsere eigenen Freundeskreise und unternehmen eher wenige Dinge gemeinsam aber die Wohnsituation und der Umgang hier ist nichts desto weniger entspannt und sehr angenehm. Außerdem sind weitere WGs im Haus, was auch für ein ziemlich entspanntes Klima sorgt.
Im Flur der Wohnung steht auch noch ein Kicker.
