da meine Mitbewohnerin leider zu Ihrem Freund zieht, suche ich auf den 1.November eine Nachmieterin für unsere wunderschöne Altbau-Wohnung.
Das Zimmer ist 18qm groß, hat ein großes Rundbogenfenster, so dass es sehr hell ist und es hat einen tollen Dielenboden. Wir haben eine hübsche Wohnküche mit einem kleinen Balkon zum Hinterhof.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock, ist ruhig gelegen und sehr zentral. Die Straßenbahnhaltestellen Goethestraße oder Lessingstraße sind beide in weniger als 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. In die Innenstadt, an die Uni oder an den Rhein kommt man jeweils in 10 min mit dem Rad und an den Hauptbahnhof in 5min. Und auch der Rewe liegt 300m von der Wohnung entfernt.
Ich bin 28, Medizinstudentin und suche weder eine Party- noch eine Zweck-WG.
Da ich ab Mitte nächster Woche längere Zeit nicht in Mainz bin, suche ich jetzt schon eine Nachmieterin und möchte Besichtigungstermine vor allem auf Donnerstag und Freitag (5./6.9.) legen.
Ich fände es gut wenn du dich in einer e-mail kurz vorstellst
